Clients can request a refund via WhatsApp, email, or through the payment gateway they used.

1. Eligible Clients

The refund policy is available only to new clients subscribing to training services for the first time.
Clients who have previously received a refund are not eligible for another refund, even if they make a new purchase.
Returning or repeat clients are not entitled to request a refund.

2. Refund Period

Refund requests must be submitted within the first 14 days of starting from the payment date.
After 14 days, refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Program Delivery

A client may request a refund even after receiving the training plan or starting communication and support, as long as they are within the 14-day window and it is their first subscription.

4. Additional Terms

The client is not required to provide a reason for requesting a refund within the 14-day period.
The refund request will be reviewed to ensure it meets all conditions before approval.
Once the refund is approved, the client’s access to all materials and coaching support will be immediately revoked.

5. Fees and Deductions

Any fees charged by the payment gateway will be deducted from the final refund amount.
The client is responsible for these fees, and they are not covered by us.

6. Refund Method and Duration

Refunds are issued via the same payment method the client originally used.
We approve refund requests as quickly as possible, but the time it takes for the funds to reach the client depends on the payment gateway and is not our responsibility.
