About me
Abd Ulrahman Natsheh
I used to hate my body when I was 20, and that led to rapid weight loss. I dropped from 80 kg to 57 kg, and it was a nightmare. For the next year and a half, I kept getting sick, and worst of all, I still hated the way I looked.
So I decided to take matters into my own hands and start exercising. I began running when I was around 22, and while it made me healthier overall, I still wasn’t happy with my appearance. That’s when I made the decision to start lifting weights on October 4th, 2022.
The first few months were probably the best time of my life. I couldn’t wait to get to the gym so I could lift again. But that excitement didn’t last forever. Eventually, self-doubt began to creep in. I started questioning if I could actually make it, if I could ever achieve my dream physique.
Old memories from my childhood started flashing before me, reminding me of how I was never good at anything. I remembered all the moments I was mocked, told I would fail, and shamed by teachers and parents for not being as smart or as good as my older brother. Those comparisons cut deep, and they always left me with the feeling that I wasn’t good enough and that I would never be good enough.
If it weren’t for the fact that I fell in love with weightlifting, I wouldn’t be here today. That love and passion kept me going. Because of it, I made the decision to ignore those negative feelings and arm myself with knowledge. I spent hours reading, watching, and absorbing everything I could find about fitness. I applied what I learned, tested what worked, and filtered out the nonsense.
Through all that trial and error, I eventually built my own system — a system that helps me and my clients build our dream physiques as fast as possible while avoiding injuries and staying healthy.
And I’m still on that journey. I haven’t reached my final form yet. I’m still learning, still growing, and still pushing my limits. But now, I do it with confidence, purpose, and the belief that anyone, no matter where they start, can transform their life through fitness.
