Designing a training plan tailored to your personal goals, such as increasing muscle mass, burning fat, improving general fitness, developing explosive strength, and enhancing athletic performance. The plan is built from scratch to suit your individual needs, and no pre-made programs are used.

3. Unlimited Adjustments

The plan can be modified or redesigned anytime based on your progress or changing goals, with no limits.

4.Comprehensive Daily Follow-up via WhatsApp

Daily communication including support, motivation, answering inquiries, in addition to precise monitoring of weight and calories to ensure the best results and adjusting the plan as needed.

5. Video Form Analysis

Send me as many videos videos of your workouts to improve your technique and ensure safe movement.

6. Commitment and Accountability

I will be with you step by step to help you stay committed, motivated, and always on the right track.

1. Are supplements necessary to see results from your workouts?

No, you don’t need any supplements to get results. Some, like creatine, can give you a slight edge, and others, like protein powder, can be convenient when you’re busy and can’t have a meal. But most other supplements are just marketing tricks designed to take your money without offering any real benefit.

2. Do you offer meal plans for vegans, carnivores, and other diets?

Yes, your nutrition plan will be tailored to your eating style, whether you’re vegan, carnivore, keto, intermittent fasting, or follow any other diet. The plan is built to suit you and support your goal, whether it’s cutting or building muscle.

3. How do you deal with injuries?

If you’re injured, we adapt your training to keep you moving without making it worse. The plan will include safe exercises around the injury plus rehab drills to help you recover and return to full training.

4. Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

I’m unable to offer refunds because payments are processed through Twitch Bits, which do not support refunding. This payment method is currently the only option available to me, as other platforms do not allow payments to Palestinians due to political restriction

5. How is my progress tracked?

I will track your progress through the Lyfta app, where you will regularly log your workouts, weight, and calorie intake. As for progress photos, they will be sent via WhatsApp to maintain your privacy and will not be shared with any third party without or used without your permissions.

6. How many times a week do I need to train?

You can achieve excellent results by training from two to six days a week. The program adapts to your time and commitment, whether you train a few days or intensively. More important than the number of days is the quality of the program, consistency, and performing the exercises correctly.

7. Will the workout plan be updated regularly?

Yes, the program is continuously updated based on your progress and goals, as well as any changes in your lifestyle or circumstances, to ensure that you are always on the right track.
